Process must be served at the �¼������ϲ� Board of Regents’ office located at 2700 N. Central Ave., Suite 400, Phoenix, AZ 85004, during business hours.

Notices of Claim and Summonses and Complaints

The universities (ASU, NAU or U�¼������ϲ�) are not authorized to accept service of lawsuits or notices of claim naming the �¼������ϲ� Board of Regents or its universities. The board has designated the following person to accept service of lawsuits or notices of claim on behalf of the board.

The �¼������ϲ� Board of Regents will not accept such documents on behalf of individually named board or university employees for board-related matters, unless expressly authorized to do so in writing by the employee.
